Drink lots and lots of water; in fact you can cut out all other beverages except water.

Eat lots and lots of vegetables and fruits. Don't drink fruit juice, eat whole fruits for the fiber and the vitamins. Don't put butter or sauces or dressings on the veggies... little salt & pepper, squirt of lemon juice or a little light dressing is all.

Eat conservative portions (1 to 2 oz) of meats at meals, and stay away from processed meats (lunch meats, fast food burgers, etc.). Eat conservative portions of whole grains (oatmeal, wheat bread, potatoes). Eat with lots of veggies.

If you crave some sweets, have some sugar free jello with low fat cool whip.

Exercise every day-- walk, bike, skate, dance-- whatever you enjoy doing. Try to exercise for a half hour at least, try to be physically active overall for at least 90 minutes per day.

Results will vary on weight loss, but it will help your body get healthy as it can be, and if you need to lose weight it will come off.

I don't think you should be loosing weight when you're 12, only if your obese.

Seriously -- there is no "fast and easy" way to lose that much weight in that short of time. I wish! Losing weight is like anything else -- you can have Good, you can have Fast, you can have Easy, or maybe even two of the three. But nothing is Good, Fast, and Easy.

Drink alot of water on the first day, on the second day eat very light with only veggies and fruit, and work out everyday strenuously. On the fifth day you will be fine!!

What you're asking is very unhealthy, especially for a growing young girl. Please don't start with the extreme dieting - it will only make you fatter as you get older and your metabolism slows down. It will also affect your growth through your teens and cause you to be malnourished. Please don't do this.

i tried this...um...eat only three fruit every day in replace of meals...i tried it and it worked...kinda i don't think its realy healthy but im not that smart so sorry!!

Your too young to be thinking about your weight and its unhealthy to loose that much that fast.

The best thing to do is eat healthy.... and if you dont eat then you are psycho! You have to eat to have energy and when you use energy (sports) you burn fat!

if u need to loose it n the stomach u should do crunchs,sit ups, but do them slowley dont rush through them oh and if u need to loose it off ur legs u should do lounges, squats and just for regular work outs push ups, and sit ups mabye u could also jog or run a little bit hope i helped oh p.s. eat healthy!!!!!!!!!

well i am 11 and i need to loose weight too
i tried many times
my goal is to be 75 pounds
i am 90 right now
and i tried my best
i lost only 5 pounds in 10 days
i only ate 2 times a day ( a little bit)
and excercised 4 hoours
