Motivation PROBLEM!?!


Question: I've posted a similar question but do you know of any satisfying good healthy foods for someone trying to lose weight?? Preferably something that doesn't take a long time to prepare.
Also, any good foods on the go? Like something I can take to work or eat in the car?

-apples/bananas or other fruits
-peanuts/other nuts( a handful though)
-protein bars
-granola bars
-turkey sandwiches with whole wheat bread
-anything with complex carbs or protein

hmm i have motivation problems too!
I just think of how great i would look after i lose the weight!
and for the go..umm
bring something filling like an apple, bannanna, peanut butter sandwhich, those things are healthy and low on calories :)

Rice with mixed veggies and some lean meat like chicken breast is my all time favorite! Put some low fat sauces on them and it's like, aaaaah YUM!
