Nothing beats healthy eating.

Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.

Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)

For your carbs stay away from breads and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
Good Luck !!!

There are really no best diet in this world...but only the "right diet"...

By following this formula :

This is one formula I use personally to reduce my weight from 86kgs down to just 60+.

On my wedding day I think I weighed ten pounds more than what I did on my husband's and my first date. My husband was marrying ME not my body. Prior to meeting my husbnad, I was sick of men being interested in my body and not my person. So for him to be interested in me, was absolultly wonderful. He was one of the first people to comepletly like me for me, let alone love me for me. When I was planning my wedding, I did not get the thing about dieting to look good. I knew my husband thought (thinks) I'm the sexiest woman in the world, regardless of my weight.

However, I don't get the whole dieting thing anyway. It just seems to be boring and self-restrictive and pointless.

Why not just change your lifestyle? I eat whole, real foods. I do not deprive myself, as there is no deprivation. I eat real food because I like it. I eat real food because it's the best thing I can do for myself (physically and spiritually) and my family. Yes, my three month old daughter eats what I eat so I am doing it for her health as well. However, if I don't feel good, it effects who I am as a person, a wife, and a mother.

I think it's fair to say that your finace' loves you for you, or he wouldn't have proposed. Does he know your refusal to marry? What if you do "diet" and you just get down to a 12 or 10 on your wedding day? Will you call it off?

I just don't get it. I don't over obsess about my physical appearence. Yes, I take care of my body, and I wear nice clothes (blazers and blouses with my jeans and dress boots or suits for dressier occasions) and make sure my hair is brushed and my face washed, but if I don't fit into society's image of "pretty", then it's no skin off of my nose.

Low-anything diets are, simply put, crap.... What everyone who really wants to lose weight needs to do is:

1. Find time to separate everything they eat in atleast 5 meals

2. Make sure tey get enought protein, carbs AND fat in each an every of those meals

3. do weight training atleast 1x in a week

4. do cardio 4-6x a week

you should eat (check the labels):

- 1,5x your bodyweight (in kgs) of protein (in grams)
- 2x your bodyweight (in kgs) of carbs(in grams)
- 0,5x your bodyweight (in kgs) of fat (in grams), of which saturated fat should be at most 1/5 of what you eat

Youll lose (arround) 30 kgs in 9 months, and have your dream sillouethe - I tried it, it works for sure, you just have to be persistant (I have 3 kids and a full time job, so if i could do it, you can, too;)

PS Only doing diet without workout, is not gonna do anything for you, your fat will just losen up and flap arround - it wont look sexy at all (not even with clothes on)...

I would suggest you try cleansing your body. I did and lost 10 pounds in a week and 29 pounds in a month. I feel so much better. I really believe we are all gettting fat from the toxins in our foods. Try to cleanse and see how your body responds. You may be as happy as I was. You can get info toll free from 1-877-587-4647 or online at http://thebestcleansingdiet.com
