Question: I want to start this eating plan! I'll be eating around 1,100 calories a day
Breakfast
1 fruite(apple or orange)
Rasin Bran cereal with skim milk
Lunch
Chicken and rice soup
Snack
1 slice of wheat bread with chunky peanut butter
Dinner
Bonless chicken breast
Then I do 30 minutes of cardio (hip hop abs work out video)
Do you think it will come off?

GREAT diet! Finally someone asking a question about a realistic diet!... our diets are rather similar. I eat a salad with lunch and dinner though... You can also try Tilapia for dinner. It's very healthy, and it's a change from always eating chicken (I eat chicken almost every night for dinner)
And make sure the wheat bread, is WHOLE wheat.

Yes, but you need to have at least 100-200 more calories or your body will not have enough fuel to burn during your workout. Try having some vegetables with dinner and another snack after your workout.

I concur that you will probably need some more calories, and that you need some vegetables. Have a salad with your lunch or dinner. Also, have some fruit and nuts at each meal.

I would have the chicken breast for lunch, and the soup for dinner. That way, you have the protein in the middle of the day and carbs at night.

I prefer to exercise in the morning before breakfast. It is much easier to discipline yourself to get your workout in if you do it first thing. Also, I've read that doing aerobics on an empty stomach helps burn fat.

in my exeperience of lose wieght i found what works for me is eating a chichken salad with light ranch for lunch then for dinner having chucky chicken breast with mayo on toast two pieces and my breakfest is kashi go lean cearl with skim milk it works for me..

its healthy eating but not a healthy amount of calories. your metabolism will slow down too much so it wont be good. i hate to break it to you but even 1,200 calories a day is too little. try about 1,400 - 1,600 calories a day spread out into 5 different times and drink lots of water tokeep your metabolism in high gear!!
