Goal achieved, how do I maintain it?!


Question: Diet, Exercise and using mind/body connection works, and it is painless. I have lost 15 pounds. That was my goal. Now how do I maintain it so I neither gain or loose?

Eat in moderation.
Excersise still; have fun whilst doing it :)

have balanced meals, you can have red meat, but in small portions, dark chocolate if u want, keep on exercising, and u may become even more fit, plenty of water, and just give yourself a balanced diet.

That is great. Just keep it up.
Continue in a similar fashion. Changes make it unbalanced. Be careful.
