What are some great energizing foods to start my day off with? Less than 400 cal!

A great recipe that takes no time, is super cheap, good for you and delicious is this famous banana-pb smoothie I make all the time! It might sound kind of gross, but I'm telling you... just try it.

Take one banana and a tablespoon of pb into a blender... then add half to a full cup of milk (depending on how THICK you like your shakes... you can always experiment if you don't know...) and add two ice cubes to give it that icy twist. To make it more of a dessert you can make half the milk chocolate milk. This smoothie is under 300 calories.

You can also have whole wheat toast with light cream cheese, a grapefruit some coffee or tea and one or two boiled eggs or scrambled if done with minimum grease.

And try snacking of nuts when hungry. They may be high in fat, but this fat is good for you and it's very energizing. Green tea is also said to burn calories, so try drinking two cups a day :)

Walking is also a great form of excercise that doesn't ruin your knees and other joints like running/jogging does.

Breakfast, pieces of 100% whole wheat bread, each bread is like 120-150 calories a piece. 1 slice keepy you going for like, 2 hours. And like friuts and vegetables and stuff...

i'd like to suggest Cappuccino slim fast mixed in with a cup or more of coffee. it fills your tummy for a few hours and gives you energy from the coffee. it doesn't taste bad at all.

i usually start with oats, because of the cholestorhol thing. one package of the flavored ones is 160cal. combine with a piece of fruit and coffee. it is a little light on calories, but i like kind of spreading my calories out over more meals. usually i am around 250 calories with that breakfast.
