It will gain muscles in the arms and legs. and loose weight in the stomach. Thats a good thing :)

acctually it is both...when you are cheering you have to move a lot so then you lose weight...also it helps gain mucsle because you move a lot and that helps...hope that i helped!! :-)
Depends. My sisters regiment for cheerleading is horrible. They do a lot of running (good) and sit ups (stupid)...and they think the sit ups actually give them abs!
Ehh, keep your diet up and cheerleading is excellent cardio. Not too much muscle gain..but def. good cardio.
