How much should ...... ????!


Question: I'm 13 and I'm pretty thin. Since it's winter I'm not playing softball, tennis, and I'm not in gym until the end of January (Second Semester). I decided to start running on my mom's treadmill to just get some exercise and not get lazy and stuff.
So..

How many times a week should I run?
How long at one time should I run?

Start out maybe 3 times a week for 10 minutes and then gradually build up to 30 minutes 3 times a week. If you get pain in your knees, ankles, hips etc then ease off a bit until the pain goes away.

i would start at 2-3 and gradually move up...but dont do too much exercise...

3days a week will work.
