i am sorry to tell you this but you are on the chubby side. At eleven you should be around 80 pounds to 95 pounds. 100 pounds is still chubby. You have rolls of fat?? Thats weird. I am 21, 5 ft, and 110 lbs too, and you are not fat so get over it. You are the perfect weight and prolly most of your weight is muscle anyway. I used to weigh 88 lbs before I has 2 babies and everyone said I looked sick.
