Question: Can someone give me a butt rounding routine. I have nice legs I just want a bigger booty. Im like the only latina without hips and butt! I dont want to eat all that junk because that goes to my belly not my butt!!!! so help please

do some deep knee bends and really concentrate on flexing your butt cheeks.

Squeeze them together 50+ times each day.
These are called isometric contractions. In a month they can increase muscle size without any other exercise by as much as 20%. That should put plenty of junk in your trunk.

If you want even bigger results start doing squats with your legs bent in front of you and your toes pointed slightly out not dramatically out or straight in front of you.

twice or three times a week for two months and you'll see dramatic results.

Do not worry about it. Concentrate on your personality and self confidence. Believe in yourself. You probably look much better than you think.

I am latina and I don't have da hip and *** yet, too.

Be happy with who you are.Don't feel insecure about yourself. Don't compare yourself with everyday society.

walk on a treadmill at a steep incline, stair climbing, lunges, squats and a good one I don't know the name of... but if you go on the floor on your hands and knees and lift your leg and straighten it outbehind you. (the last video is kind of creepy but you get the idea!)

Enjoy it now while you can, in a few years you will be complaining all the time about how huge your hips and *** are. Some people are just genetically disposed to deposit fat in different places on their body. Having large amounts of excess fat is not healthy no matter where it is distributed on your body.
