How many days a week do you work out?!

3 days a week of total body workout with 2 days of cardio. All total up to less than 4 hours at the gym per week.

I'm male 5'9" at 172 lbs. and I eat 4500-5000 calories a day, and I look lean. Not beach body lean but close to it.

You should take in the amount of calories based on your bodyweight. To maintain around your bodyweight, eat about 20 calories per lb of bodyweight. So if you are 100 lbs, eat about 2000 calories per day to maintain. I am trying to gain weight as I am working out for mass so I eat more than 20 calories per bodyweight.

Don't follow what others are doing because you need to eat according to your bodyweight.

PS: Sorry my calorie calculation was for men, for girls .. just go for 13-15 calories per bodyweight.

Zero and I have no clue.

I started out 9 months ago 160 lbs and worked out 3-5 days a week eating about 1200 calories and now I weigh 128.

6 days a week
try to eat around 1800 calories a day.

i walk 5 kms a day

zero, too many.

I don't work out at all...I know, so bad. And I eat A LOT, so much I have no idea how many unhealthy calories I consume. But I'm not overweight or even heavy, so I guess I'm just really really unhealthy inside!!! That's what I've been told by my friends who work out anyway.

I'm a fat slob who has no use of the body

maybe 1-2 days a week and around 5000 calories(trying to gain) but i seem to be losing weight as i exercise less and eat more...

I do cardio about three times a week, and weights twice. I'm consume about 1500-1700 calories a day.

I lost 30 pounds between 1 Mar 07 and 31 July 07, and have kept it off since then doing the above. I want to lose another 15, but in order to do so, I'd need to up my cardio, and since I don't have a lot of time, I'm just maintaining my current weight until i get more time.

a whole week and i am 11 years old
i eat less than 1000 calories
but working out doesn't make me loose weight
i am 90 punds and i am 5 feet
my goal is 75lbs

zero and i eat probably around 2-3000? i honestly have no idea. i never count, but i always eat.

haha but i work out enough to where im still sexy!!
