How can I reduce my breast size?!

Question: I've been a double D since I was a teenager. I had my baby a little over a week ago and my boobs are huge. I'm afraid they won't go down. I would prefer for them to be smaller then they originally were. Is there any exercises I can do to reduce their size?

Do cardio! I went from a D to a med C in NO time! And be sure to wear a sports bra! lol... trust me, cardio will definately help you out.

Maybe if you do alot of cardio you will sweat them off ... try putting a black garbage bag over them when you work out.. you will sweat like no tomorrow

For women, when you lose weight or fat, boob fat is the first to go.

I don't know, but I would like to increase my breast size LoL.

You need to work out your whole body. You can't "spot-reduce" one area. When your bodyfat goes down, so does your breast, hips, glutes, and thighs, and then the rest of your body. Eat healthy and eat 5-6 times a day, and get more sleep.

They'll go down soon enough. Be patient. Just try and lose a little weight, they'll be the first thing to go down! Ask any flat chested woman, they'll agree!!

From the guys perspective trust me, you do not want to make your breasts smaller! Don't do it!

Diet ............your boobs are 80% fat and glands, 20 % muscle, so diet or get a breast reduction

first off after yor done breast feeding the child they will or should reduce back to normal or just about. Otherwise get a breast reduction!
