What should I eat?!


Question: I'm going to work in an hour and I'll be there for 4 hours but I'm kind of on a diet and so I'm wondering what would be okay to eat that will keep me full during work, is small and is healthy. Today I've already eaten a bowl of cereal and a banana for breakfast and I had a Happy Meal for lunch. (The McDonald's wasn't my choice. We were out of town but at least I just got a small one and not a normal one.) When we got home I had a banana because I didn't feel very good about eating the McDonald's. Anyways, what do you guys think would be a suitable snack?

An ounce (1/4 cup) of nuts. 200 calories, but it keeps you full for a while.

A bowl of oatmeal is anywhere from 100-200 calories and will keep you full for a long time because it has a low GI and lots of fiber.

An apple and a few slices of lowfat cheese. The carb-protein-fat combo keeps you full.

Lowfat yogurt or cottage cheese will boost your calcium and the protein will keep you full.

rice cakes with a big glass of water, or dried fruit

you should eat fish, chicken, and other kinds of japan food because they are more health than American, Mexican, etc. Chinese food is good as well but Japanese food is the best! a banana is good because it kept you feeling full and it's health. also you should eat seafood, rice instead of bread, vegetables, dring water instead of soda , coffie, hot chocolate, etc. water is the best drink of all .

A salad and a piece of fruit. If you're on a diet, make sure to drink plenty of water and eat fruits and vegetables. I'm sorry if I sound "preachy."

ya hunny if youre fat dont eat anything because you is a heavy girl o starve until you shrink and why will you ask if youre not going to listen to us you might eat youre house :) aw im so mean he he he :)

A banana is good for 4 hours. What do you do for work? Get busy working and you will forget about food in that small amount of time.
