Weight questions?!
Question: okay. im a 17 yr old male and im 5 foot 8 inches. i have a medium frame. i was wondering how much i should weigh. i just want to kno what a good weight for me would be. i lift weights every other day so im built. i also kno that muscle weighs more then fat. the only thing i gotta work on is my stomach. its lookin a little bloated and i just want to kno what my goal weight should be. 10 points to whoever can answer the question correctly.

well I'm 15 and i play high school football and i run track also i lift weights to i bench around 220 and squat 420 I'm 6 foot and weigh 160 .. i have a six pack i run a half mile every other day and i do 600 crunches a week its a lot of work but its worth it.... drink a lot of protine
How bout 140...lord I don't know your young...go for the 6-pack abs!!!!!
