What are your fitness goals for 2008?!


Question: mines to lose 10 pounds while get a ripped upper body, nice hard,frim,flat,maybe even 4 pack abs, and long,lean,toned legs!
whats yours? and how do you plan on getting to it?

Mine is to get more definition in my abs. I'm tired of being flat-bellied. I don't consider myself out of shape, but there is always room for improvement.

I think that what I will do is be more active in my daily life, such as to go to the gym more and to do some sit-ups when I'm bored. And I guess the pancakes for breakfast and the Frappucinos for dinner isn't helping either, so I've resolved to follow a healthier diet.

i want to lose 20lbs by june, and another 20 lbs by next christmas.

my plan is pretty simple, walking an hour each day, and consuming 1200 calories a day. i know i wont do it every single day, but atleast the majority of time.
