I really would like a flat tummy!!!?!


Question: All my mates say that I have a really nice figure...but I just don't see it lol..my stomach is a bit on the rounded and wobbly side and I would really like to tone and flatten my stomach.

Any suggestions how?

Cardio every day for at least 1hr (running, swimming, cycling, eliptical)

Ab work out every other day: Try to do 3-5 different workouts.

Russian Twists (30-60 seconds) Sit on your butt, knees raised 45%, body raised 45% and twist side to side touching your hands to the floor on each side.

Double Crunch (30reps 2sets) Same position as russian twists - Only now you squeeze inwards with your shoulders and legs. Dont let your feet or hands touch the ground.

Leg-Lifts (30reps 2sets) Requires a machine to hold you in place. Lift legs straight out. (basically a vertical jack-knife see below)

Jack Knives (30reps 2sets) Lay on your back feet straight out. Raise your legs up 90% and lower slowly back to the ground. Let your heels hover 1inch above the ground and repeat.

Crunches (30reps 2sets)

Sit-ups (30reps 2sets) Dont skimp out... do the whole thing! Add weights if necessary best to put them on your chest.

Decline Sit-ups (30reps 2sets) Requires a declined bench, but basically a normal situp.

Band Resistance Sit-Ups (30reps 2sets) Tie a band to a fixed object. Sit on a ball facing away and crunch using the bands as resistance.

Planks (30-60seconds) Put your elbows and toes on the ground. Elevate your body off the floor and hold your body as flat as possible for a minute.

Like I said do 3-5 of these every other day with some hard core cardio and you'll start seeing results in a few weeks. You'll have 6 pack abs in a month or two. Getting 6pack abs is not easy. It takes a lot of dedication. You must really want it!

Do sit ups! And eat well ofcourse... oh and stomach crunches.. lots of exercise basically...

Having a totally flat stomach isn't actually a natural state for most women, even very slender ones. However if yours is a bit wobbly then it sounds like you need to drop a bit of body fat.

There is no way to target weight loss from your stomach; if you lose weight generally then it'll gradually reduce in size. You can, however, focus certain exercises on the abdominal area, such as crunches, reverse crunches, and certain yoga exercises.

Do yoga exercise daily for half an hour to two hours twice.

SIT UP'S WORK THE BEST.
