lean pockets or lean subs
low fat peanut butter and jelly on wheat bread
1/2 can of tuna mixed with fat free mayonaise and lettuce, tomato on wheat bread.
u can always make a chicken wrap
u can always use wheat wrap instead of bread to make your turkey sandwiches.
if u haven't thought of it u can get a different type of turkey like honey turkey, turkey ham, maple turkey, roasted turkey, smoked turkey.
u can always add honey mustard to your turkey sandwich to give it a different taste.

good side snacks to have with your lunch

small salad with fat free dressing
oranges
dunk apples into low fat peanut butter
alternate between the different types of apples like one week get the macintosh, another week get the golden apples etc.
pears also have different varieties
a little something out of the ordinary like kiwi, mango and avocado helps keep it interesting. just be sure to cut it up at home.
frozen grapes
94% fat free popcorn, u can pop it at home and then put it in a container
sugar freee jello, pudding
yogurt mixed with fruit and granola

I actually like the south beach diet wraps (turkey bacon club is my fav)... It's only 240 calories, and 24 grams protien!... I usually have that with an orange, or apple.. and sometimes a salad

Oh yeah, the south beach diet kits are sold in the grocery store, back in the coolers.. usually near the Lunchables

If you want to do something about your health I'm sure a doctor would have many, plenty options for you.

From my own personal experience I believe there is a really great meal option which has been an easy way to lose weight, keep it off and get healthy all at the same place.
