Don't give up! Change your workout routine up and you should be able to see a difference. It's also a good idea to team up with somebody else to stay motivated.
One thing I found is that if you start making excuses for not working out or justifying one more snack, then you can easily slip in your weight loss attempts. Periodically evaluate your calorie intake and your workout routine so you can make adjustments as needed.

up the exercise is what i usually do!

by changing your routine of exercise. Believe it or not the same exercise routines do get boring, so every two weeks or so change it up a bit. Kick it up a notch by challenging yourself with harder exercises.

I eat less and work out more. Most people can go on a 1200 calorie diet. If I find myself eating more than that then I just cut down on all the extra stuff. If you take vitamins also they give you energy that way you don't feel tired all the time and feel like you have to eat to get your energy back. It has worked for me. Good luck and hope you get to the weight that you will be happy with.

Persistence is crucial.

You have to consider that the changes you are making are permanent. Thgis is how things are going to be from now on, and theres no party later when you reach you goals.
