I need help. healthy?!


Question: i need to eat more healthy. or i will be nothing.
i need help. any ideas? i am a basketball player so i have to be tall and lean. i am very tall 5'7. i am not that lean. so i need help. i am soooo good to. i want to show it. not hide it. and it's 2008. so i have a whole new star. i have had 2 oranges 2day. and had otmeal for breackfast. i need help.

You are not that tall actually but whatever. Just eat chicken or fish with grains, vegies and fruits. Don't make excuses. Cut all candy, white bread, milk, and other fattening crap out.

ask a doctor. He can help you come up with a diet that is right for you, everyone is different, so he'll be able to help. and I would say exercise, and drink a lot of water. Because people have this think called water weight, and to lose that you have to drink tons of water, and BE CAREFUL!! Don't become one of those girls that goes on a crash diet!!!! That would be a REALLY bad way to start off the year, don't ya think?
