Will I be able to lose 10 pounds in 2 months, by following this plan?!


Question: I want to be able to lose 10 pounds in 2 months, by doing this...

-sticking to 1500 calories a day
-running 1 mile, 4 days a week
-50 crunches a day, 3 days a week on the ab lounge

I am 5 foot 8 and about 145 pounds.

Will this be enough? Not enough? Or too much for just 10 pounds?

you might not lose al the weight, but you will be more physically fit and maybe drop a few dress sizes. Drink plenty of water.

OMG, you'll be a stick at the end. At that pace you'll probably lose it in 2 weeks. And 1500 calories a day is less than that of the national recommendation. Do 2500 calories. You'll need those calories to survive that rigidity.

And it's not only about calories. It's about sugar, corn syrup (that is a massive problem and in nearly everything so go to your "natural" market and eat natural foods *your choice*), carbs, fat, your body type, your metabolism, etc.
