Treadmill that doesn't move by itself?!


Question: i meant the old treadmill that im using to lose weight is the one that doesn't move by itself. you need to walk according to your force and speed. it doesn't have its ownb speed so that you can follow.

and im using it everyday for 30 minutes
10 mins. REST
10mins. REST
10 mins.

QUESTION: is this exercise/cardio workout effective???




and my gastrocnemius (Leg muscle) hurst always, that's why i always have a rest in between.

you moving it urself is better cus ur working harder and burning more calories i saw them doing it on biggest loser too so y not
have fun

quite possibly i think it would be great because your using more musscle to walk then regular walking

yes this is even more effective than a treadmill that moves by itself because it challenges both your cardiovascular skills and your strength. the workout you described is very effective.

i think any excercise on a regular basis is effective as long as you dont hurt yourself to the point of injury.

finding an excercise that you are comfortable and able to stick with is a good one.
