to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your
meals.

Breakfast oatmeal and a fruit or a breakfast bar and water.


Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Also do leg squats against the wall. 3 sets of 20 will do fine.
Make sure you squat all the way down and come up slowly.
Do this every other day or till you stop hurting .

Try this for 4 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

P.S.

You cannot exercise specific muscles to reduce fat. Crunches dont give six-packs, low body fat does.

Essentially, you are fat all around. What you think is muscle is probably fat. You need to exercise and burn more calories than you intake over the course f MONTHS and years. This means calorie counting and exercising. Eventually your love handles will disappear.

So if you need an exercise, it is called distance running combined with a good strength program. Consult a good personal trainer to get you on a good program, and dont complain if its hard and you break a sweat.

To count calories, buy calorie king computer software.

Whey protein is a good supplement, but given you look to e female, I think a diet consisting of chicken, tuna, lean meats, whole grains, and maybe a post workout protein shake, would be sufficient for your needs.
