The problem may lie in several areas. First, if you are eating less than about 1000-1200 calories per day, you may be hungry because you are just that. Hungry for a reason. Secondly, you may be eating because you are bored and have nothing better to do except fridge shop. If you stock the refrigerator with low cal snacks, and keep some popcorn on hand, you can deal with either situation. If you are legitimately hungry, then eat a decent meal. If you have had a decent meal and are still hungry, then it's time for a space filler snack like the popcorn or a rice cake and a drink. Examine what it is driving the hunger, and then deal with it accordingly. After all, a starving body will demand fuel. A bored body may just want to nosh. Noshing is not that bad, unless you snack crazy. And sometimes, a nibble of what you crave isn't a bad idea either. Better a small amount of what you want or like than a ton of what you think you should eat.

a large mug of low cal hot choc, it really fills you up- and if its a double size cup thats only 80cals.

eat most of your calories earlier in the day, you wouldnt feel hungry at night

eat something sweet like a banana, blueberries with a half cup yogurt, apples.
the 100 packs are good.
also drink lots of water.
