At 14 years old puberty is not close to being over for you. You will grow considerably stronger by your junior year don't worry. For now sleep at least 9 hours, drink plenty of water, and weight lift ( it is proven to actually increase bone and muscle growth considerably substantially if done with good technique). Don't forget to take the time to to aerobic exercises (i.e. running, basketball) and a membership at your local YMCA wouldn't hurt. The most helpful tip I can give you is to excercise in increments and what I mean by that is to increase intensity of your workout gradually and it will be easier.

Eat right, sleep right, and lift right.

weight training, and whey protein intake, and increase calorie intake. Creatine as well.

Bench, dead lifts, squats for core exercises, curls, pullups, dips, extensions, for secondary exercises.

Your still growing champion.Give it a few years .

dont take creatine at all at your age...

juss increase your wight liftingg with more weight and less reps....
