eat 6 small meals a day....
7-8 servings of fruits and veggies, 6-7 servings of grains/starches, 2 servings of milk... ( including cheese) and 2 servings of meat ( including eggs)

drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day and dont eat after 7pm
eat whole wheat pasta and bread and brown rice eat lots of green and orange veggies and fish and chicken go here for more healty eating tips http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/

do 30-60 mins cardio a day such as a staitonary bike or even jumping jacks

every other day do two exercise per body part do 3 sets of 15 such as bicep curls, squats and crunches

Eat healthy and watch portion size and go to the gym (or some other form of exercise) at least 3 days a week and the weight will be falling off you!

Why the thumbs down?

the olyptical is great it takes a lot of stress off your knees and congrats on your new son. For starters i recommend at least 30 mins or exercise 3-4 days a week example- mon 10 mins on olyptical, 20 mins on jump rope and ab exercises tue 20 mins on olyptacal 5 runing as fast and hard as u can 5 jogging 5 running as fast as u can 5 jogging etc... and 10 mins of leg and arm execises like some body weight squats and pushups.

Eat more veggies and fruit than you do bread and meat. Use your elliptical once every other day for 30 mins. Those days in between when you dont go on the ellpitical go for a 30 min walk. Good luck!!

~?jojo?~

eat healthy food and if you eat with your other hand it takes you longer and you'll get full quicker. It's more exhausting to eat with your other hand.
i'd go outside and walk or jog with the stroller it'd be fun for the baby too...

As you are breast feeding mother eat frequently as you required and its ncessary. Reduce oil and fat food. do ordinary excersises (not extra ordinary) about 10 -20 mts per day. you can reduce your waight easily by 4-5 months time

Based on your height, your ideal weight should be around 135 lbs. It means you need to lose about 30 lbs. Since you are still breast feeding, you can't cut down your diet because you need to consume balanced nutrition at this period.

I suggest you to try on Herbalife lose weight program. It can provide daily balanced nutrition yet you can reshape your body. You don't need to go on diet to lose weight. Here are the resources you can refer http://www.nutritionclub2u.com

Researchers believe delayed-onset food allergies can contribute to weight problems in several different ways. First, they can cause water retention and water weight gain. In virtually all hidden food allergy cases, partially digested food compounds pass through a compromised intestinal lining into the bloodstream and eventually travel to tissues, where they cause irritation and inflammation. The body tries to reduce this irritation by retaining water, which dilutes the concentration of the offending material. As long as people consistently eat food allergens, they often hold on to water weight.

Inflammatory substances released during allergic reactions to food also affect weight control. Some chemicals involved in food allergies may inhibit metabolism, and prostaglandin E2, which is also released, inhibits the body's ability to burn fat stores. Food allergies may therefore diminish the body's ability to burn fat, a process known as lipolysis.

Some research suggests the opioid chemicals found in partially digested food allergens also may increase appetite and decrease metabolism when produced in excess (New England Journal of Medicine, 1997, vol. 337). If this is true, the more we eat food allergens, the more likely we'll overeat. Even if we use willpower to ignore our increased appetite and eat fewer calories, we still might gain weight if we continue to consume our food allergens. That's because the body's calorie-burning efficiency could be diminished, and when excess calories aren't burned off, they're stored as fat.
