Toning legs as quick as possible ?!


Question: i'm pretty happy with lower legs.. just the inner upper thigh is what im wanting to tone up ?

any exercises ? i have a stationery bike and a treadmill

You can work your calves every day, this is a very way to tone and strengthen your legs. Your calves(gastrocnemius) are a very high endurance muscle, just like the abs and forearms. They can be worked everyday for optimal results. Do wall squats for your quads and glutes and do some lunges for your hamstrings, easiest and quickest way to tone up.

Get a pool.
