Weight loss for 13 yr olds?!

I'm thirteen and am overweight. :(
i'm 190 and that is overweight for an average 13 right?
i'm not that tall either. about 5
help me plz! (no rude comments plz)

If you want to loose weight as badly as I did when I was your age, you have to go at your own pace. What I mean by that, is that you have to start out by exercising alto and eating only fruits and vegetables.Don't go on diet pills, or anything that is advertised on TV. Most importantly, don't starve yourself.(I tried that, I doesn't work.) Here is a plan that you can go by daily to loose weight:

BREAKFAST: 7:00 am
grapes,strawberries ,etc.........fruits

LUNCH: 12:00 pm
salad...and any other veggies..
bread is OK too

DINNER: 6:00 pm
salad...and any other veggies..
bread is OK too

***get at least 2 hours of exercise between meals.dance, run, play with your friends, just don't keep sitting on the couch.
