If it is indigestion, take some anti- acids.
Or go to a doc or pharmacy for some medicine.

if you lay back in a chair and lift your feet up breathe slow and try to take a quick nap OR drink a glass of water and lay on your back with your knees up OR go into the bathroom and just sit on the toilet haha
