By 14 a female should start taking a calcium supplement and a separate multivitamin with iron to make up for the losses caused by menstration.

And a guy should just take a normal multivitamin without iron or calcium if possible.

Just make sure not to get too much iron. It's possible to overdose on it and die.

But always talk to your doctor before starting multivitamins. I've had doctors actually be surprised, and oddly proud that I take multivitamins and calcium supplements. I guess they normally have to make most people do it.

Calcium for your bones, Vitamin C, Fish Oil, Vitamin A, Iron, Potassium,VitaminB12...You need SO many...I would take a multivitamin every day so you can just take one and not have to pop a ton of different ones, plus you won't have so many bottles :-D Good luck!

You can just take a regular adult Centrum vitamin supplement - once you're 12 years old, you're able to take adult tablets.

Just make sure if you do take anything extra, don't take more A, D or E vitamins - these are fat soluble and can build up in your body if you take too much and can make you sick. B and C are water soluble and you'll just pee out the rest that your body doesn't need!

a 14 year old should be having a balanced enough diet that you don't require vitamins. if you're getting enough sleep, eating healthy and get exercise you should be fine. if you have started menstruation then you might consider a multivitamin with added iron to keep you from getting tired (common in women due to monthly loss of iron)
other than that, I'd say you don't need anything yet!
