Not fat, just not happy!?!


Question: By my arms, lower belly (belly button) area, things, and lower back, I always feel self concious about. my problem is im always hungry and go for filling things such as carbs. I also excersise regularly but i cant get rid of it! any good things to eat that are filling and non fattening etc? any ideas thanks!

When i need to feel really good about what I'm eating, i throw a bunch of veggies in a hot pan with some light balsamic vinaigrette and saute..its good all on its own! One time i only had mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, and it was still better than the junk i eat for lunch all the time!
That, and Ive gotten into the grapefruit habit for breakfast every morning.

how about fruit ? granola bars ?

I think crunches, sit up, and running/jogging always have the quickest, best results. But that's just me (:

women are very hard on themselves. i am a size 8 (now) and i still cannot accept the fact that i am okay.

you have to feel great about yourself before others will notice you are looking good.

YEA READ UP ON BLOOD TYPE AND YOUR BODY CHEMESTRY. PEOPLES BODY REACT DIFFERENTLY BY BLOOD TYPE AND SUCH. THATS NOT A GREAT HELP BUT DEFFENTLY CAN PUT YOU IN RIGHT DIRECTION. SORRY CANT HELP MORE

i read in one article there is no such thing as fattening food. eat whtever u want but in ,moderation and try to eat at least four times a day at the same time each day

carbs are instant energy and if u don't burn them off they will convert to fat and be stored try lean protein it will keep you full longer and wont convert and be stored as fat

Maybe here is another way to think about it!

EAT all you want, but eat things that are GOOD for you, but are a NOT EASY to EAT!!! You will NOT get FAT chewing on carrot sticks!!! Even if you dip them in ranch dressing!!! It takes too long to CHEW them... If you 'chew' long enough, you'll get tired of 'eating'...

Lot's of things you can EAT...

Sounds to me as if you like to 'nibble'...

Maybe, if 'nibbling' is NOT the problem, and you are worried about 'main courses', then maybe you need to START 'nibbling'... so you won't be so hungry...
