3,500 calories = 1 pound of body fat! So, you will only gain a pound if that hamburger 3,500 calories in it...lol...so I highly doubt it!
If you eat it and then get on a scale immediately afterwards, the scale may show a 3 pound increase. But the next day you will adjust. Since you ate the burger and fries, you might see a 1-2 pound increase the next morning. Next time eat a kid's meal burger, you might not see an increase at all or you might gain 1/2 pound. Or, depending on what you ate before the burger and total calories, you might not gain or you may even lose weight. Calories is where its at.
