Healthiness of Flavored Sparkling Water....?!


Question: I've heard that non-calorie beverages are terrible for you, such as diet sodas, even though they have no fat, calories, or sugar. I've heard that people that cut diet soda out of their diet lose tons of weight. I don't understand this. Could you explain? Also, is sparkling flavored water also as bad?

The date shows that people who consume diet sodas are as much at risk of diabetes as those who consume regular soda. This means that diet soda fanatics probably aren't the healthiest people. This does NOT mean that quitting diet soda will result in weight loss! That part is RUMOR only and not true.
I suggest using regular water only. Flavored water contains chemicals which are not necessary to the body, and costs you money. Why not just use a Brita filter at home, and throw in a slice of lemon to flavor it?

The contents of what is in it I have heard is what's not good for you in diet soda. I would say in all things moderation is best.

Be careful of supposed "health" drinks, so often that label is put on stuff because people don't know any better to look or investigate and they assume that the company is honest.

I don't know that sparkling water is bad for you.

Diet & 500 Fortune Co. r mixing chemicals 2 make "U" eat more or 2 become "Adicted" 2 theier product; such as cocain[colas], coffeine, nicotine[in exess of legal standards], some vitamines 2 increase u'r appetite; also in cerio & junk-food the more "U" eat/drink the more "U" want...

You have to keep in mind that a lot of diet sodas are very high in sodium, which can lead to water retention. The best thing to drink when you are trying to lose weight is plain water. If that is something that you cannot do, then try to find the flavored water with the lowest sodium. I hope this helps.
