Best mineral and herbal supplements for hypothyroidism....?!

Question: I currently take Gugglipid, Tonalin CLA, Fish Oil, Calcium Citrate, Hoodia, Multivitamin for women, and near TOM Evening Primrose oil. I feel like I need more energy and want a little more metabolic burn. I do an hour of cardio 3x or more a week and weights 2x a week. My sleep is not good as is should be and I really want to stay away from sleeping pills and do natural things to boost energy and then have good sleep at night.

You don't mention what thyroid med you are on. If you are on T4 (Synthroid, Levoxyl) you may need T3 also. The T3 helps with fatigue, depression, brain fog, hairloss, and muscle and joint aches.

I started out on Levoxyl and t did nothing for my symptoms. Now on Armour (T4 & T3) almost all of my symptoms are gone. Many who are on Synthroid, Levoxyl, etc who aren't getting relief from symptoms are switching to ARmour and for most it seems to help a great deal.

Just wanted to add, on Armour the free T4 should be midrange and free t3 high in range. TSH should not be used to adjust dosage.

None of them will actually help your hypothyroidism
If you need more energy try a good caffeine pill.

Why aren't you on Synthroid? I take it
