Will i be able to hit 23 pounds of muscle or a mix of fat and muscle in 6 months!


Question: Well im 16 im small as hell im 5 foot 3 and 107 pounds. I have a very high metabolism. Im going to start going to gym with my cousin who is huge he is like 5 6 and 170 pounds all muscle. So my question is if i have a sick diet, 6 meals a day, protein shakes,creatine and a weight gainer along with hitting gym 4 times a week do you think i can easily hit 22 pounds. It dont got to be all muscle but i would want it to be mixed.

Nothing beats healthy eating.

Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)

For your carbs stay away from breads and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Drink Protein Shakes between each meal
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
