Try out this..

1.Lie flat on the floor..
2.Lift both your legs making roughly 30degrees from the ground..
3.Stay like that till you are really uncomfortable..
4.This will surely burn a lot of calories..

It will be very tough while starting this..

So you can try lifting one leg at a time and when you are comfortable with it, then try lifting both your legs..

Try this.. Do it regularly/daily in the morning as well as in the evening.. You can surely see the difference in 3weeks or 1month..
