When people lose weight obviously it will go from their faces as well as elsewhere. This can make their bone structure more prominent; their cheekbones will be more evident and this can change their appearance slightly - often for the better.

Obviously losing too much weight will make someone look gaunt and ill.

I think people who loose weight look better after they loose it. I notice that their faces look MUCH better.. their face will go from being rounded, to more shapely and healthy looking.

Depends. I have two friends that lost a lot of weight. One of them looks just like they did before, only slimmer. The other I hardly recognized! It still seems weird when I see him and his voice comes out of that face! Both of them look great, though. Good for them!

one thing people that lose the weight become younger looking= I have a friend that has a 17 years old daughter and It kills me wen I see her her daughter weight 270 pounds and she dos not care

I've lost about sixty pounds over the last few years. I can finally wear a bikini, but I sure don't look like I did in high school.

Your face will be pretty much the same - we'll be better able to see how beautiful it really is.

You body will "deflate" as you lose fat. If you are consistent in your weight loss, the skin will go back. Yo-yo diets confuse your body, and the skin will hang around waiting for the next heavyweight bout.

My biggest issue is that I used to have a perfect 38DD. I'm now a size smaller: the girls have deflated a little, too. Not sure whether to accept it and wear a Wonderbra or get them fixed...

Small price to pay. I'm the only one in my yoga class with a six-pack AND stretch marks.

I look a lot like I did when I was fat, but I look younger (!?!) and way hotter.
