How to get a six pack (or a flat stomach!)?!

Question: Hi there, im 6ft 1 and a half, and i weight 91kg. I work 4 hours lifting boxes on weekdays and try to play football for 1 hour a day when i can. However, despite im a waist 32-34, my stomach is still a little bit flabby. I completely disregard all junk food, drink no sugary pop, eat lots of fruit and vegetables, and drink lots of water. I shun alcohol also. Im just starting to get a little bit fed up with waiting as i seem to be seeing no changes. Any ideas or tips to get results quicker? Thanks.

lots of cardio and stomach crunches daily! the cardio will help burn the fat, the crunches will help tone the excess.. you have to do a bunch!! there is a tape called 7 minute abs-and it works GREAT!! they take you through a series of diff. crunches so you're geting a variety workout!

Jerome could you be more specific with what you daily eat?

Thanks,

Well you seem to have a typically nutritional diet, so try crunches. Theres TONS of articles about it too, so I mean if you looked at the Magazine section of your supermarket, you'd find magazines spicifically for fitness, and maybe just for men. But I know situps and other crunches are the most well known way. If crunches doesn't help, maybe it's your diet, if you have extra cash, you can get a trainer, or see a Nutritionist to see the perfect diet for YOU.

try to do situps and loooooooooots of them
u should have a goal say 500 situps through out the day.
in a month or so u'll be seeing amazing differences....
