For a 5'7 14 yr. old whats fat?!

Question: just wondering lol

Answers: just wondering lol

A healthy weight is 121-148 lbs.

Look up your body mass index (BMI).

160pound i think

170 or more would be overweight

to me 130!

fat is what you are!

probably anything like 165 and over

10000000000000 lbs.

240 lbs

200 lbs

like 175

170 lbs.

over 170

probably anything over 135-140 (unless you have a lot of muscle)

go to kidshealth.org and go to kids, bmi chart

999999999999999999999999999999999 pounds

maybe 150 pounds would probaly be a pretty good average for you..but yes check BMI

170 and more

tallness is all in the weight. so around 140 would be the highest for a 14 yr old. thats because of height!

Well..it's not the weight that counts for fat, because muscle weighs more than fat. Most people say 160 is the average weight for a 14 year old, but if they are really muscular but still skinny they would weigh more. Get what I mean?

You can put in your weight and height in a BMI calculator and find out

here is a website to help

It has to do with your bone frame, not only your height and age. It has to do with heredity too. If you're all fat and no muscle, I guess that would be too fat, but you don't necessarily need to diet, it might be exercise you need. Do a web search or ask your doctor, this isn't something we can help you with without seeing you.

If you're 180+ pounds, you are considered "overweight".

you are still okay if you weigh between 115 to 120. just do phys ed. in school and you'll be fine.

what ever your base weight should be, add about 30 pounds to be overweight. Staying close to your ideal weight and not trying to show the bones in your body is what makes you 'healthy'. Sometimes we need that extra weight to push that ego around.. lol

girl...ur tall! lol
im 15 and my height is 5'4 and i wieght 120....
and "fat" in ur case would be around 155 and up...
*hope i helped! =]

Calculate your BMI to find out.

However...don't put too much stock into those things. People are built differently. Just because a numerical value doesnt fit in the "normal" scale doesn't mean you aren't "normal". Some body types are just small...and some are big. You arent fat or skinny...you are just you. Obviously some people are overweight when they eat 15 cheeseburgers at a shot...some people, however, are just naturally a bit plump and they can't change that. So while your BMI will tell you whether or not you are "overweight" by the "country's standards" you ultimately decide where you fall.

My BMI comes up as 26 which puts me in the overweight category. If you look at me though...you wouldnt think I was. My friends all say I'm average...some even said skinny. I have a bigger chest then some...and that adds weight. So there are definitely other factors.

5'7? Wow, you're tall! Lucky! I have to be stuck being 5'1/2 for the rest of my life. I guess 'fat' for that height and weight would be around... I don't really know for sure. Just so long as you're not unhealthy. Being 14, I know that you shouldn't judge your own weight, it'll just lead to eating disorders. Don't let others judge your weight, either. Check a medical website that has stuff on weight, they'll have things like 'height and weight charts' that show you what a healthy weight is for your age and height.

its 160 lbs.

Your ideal weight would be 135 lbs so if you are over 160 lbs you are probably fat.
