I know how you feel. My sister is really skinny and always brings in junk food into the house because she can eat it and get away with it. It seems impossible to lose weight at times. Instead of the oreos and pepsi (for example, obviously i don't know what's in your kitchen) in your house, replace those two items with rice cakes and vitamin water. Go buy healthy alternatives so whenever you feel the urge to eat the unhealthy food they're eating, you can turn away from that and go to the fridge and pick something healthy to eat instead. Don't cut out ice cream or "special treats" from your diet totally, but limit it to once a week. Find healthy alternatives that actually taste good to you, it'll take some time to try out foods.

Maybe if your parents are nice, they'll try to make your meals a bit more healthy for example steamed veggies instead of fried veggies. It's hard, but don't let them stop you from fulfilling your resolution!!

Talk to your parents about them buying healthier food, even if they won't eat it. I am sure they will listen.

You should really ask them to buy healthier meals for you. Or maybe not eat unhealthy all the time. It's good you are deciding to do something different, I hope your parents agree to it. Eating healthy is beneficial... you can always get better alternatives like (not using sauce on certain foods, stop eating fast food often, don't cook with too much oil, don't eat fried stuff often, or minimize the fatty food intake.)

your family is probably fat. you dont want to look like them and be as unhealthy as them, do you?
