Do lots of cardio, that is, running/walking, stationary bike, elliptical machine or stairclimber for about 30-45 minutes a day. Vary the intensity, e.g. speed and distance, according to your fitness level. Then finish your workout with ab exercises. I recommend good 'ol sit-ups, leg raises and crunches for 3 sets at 15 - 20 reps. Hope this helps.
