4. can somebody give me the 8 healthiest beverages and 8 least healthiest beverages based on calorie and fat gram content?

1. Iced coffee with skim milk
2. Raspberry flavored iced tea
3. Vanilla latte light
4. Turbo hot
5. Coffee coolatta w/ skim milk
6. Any of the flavored coffee
7. Turbo ice
8. Berry Berry iced coffee
And a lot of the teas with skim milk

Worst
1. Gingerbread latte
2. Vanilla bean coolatta
3. Smoothies
4. Strawberry fruit coolatta
5. Mocha almond hot latte
6. Vanilla chai
7. White hot chocolate.

Unless they're sellif bottled water, none of their stuff is actually good for you.

These are all really good and good for you

thats alot to type out.
but overall if you look at it you just look at the calories and compare because thats whats going to matter.

I would go to the web site, but it was taking too long, what I do suggest is to go to Jamba Juice after you pick up your donut. But it would do much better not to eat the donut, because it defeats the purpose of eating and drinking healthy. Not sure if this is what you need, but its honest.
