Do High protein milk can really make you fat?!


Question: Depends. Your body uses protein only when needed and turns the rest of the protein into fat. So if you have an active lifestyle, then high protien milk is for you. But if you don't work out at all, your body will not use the protein and turn it into FAT..soooo. . yes you can get fat drinking high protein milk if you are a couch potatoe.

that stuff is good for you. but if you drink it then dont burn off the protein/calories/good stuff then it turns to fat.

yes, unless u work out alot.. protein is a muscle builder unless u dont work out....... then its fat

Well, anything, if in large amounts, can make you fat. So I guess if you just have a little it can't hurt you.

Any milk can if you drink enough.
Also causes lousy sentence construction.

high protien milk doesnt make you fat, WHOLE milk (which might coincidentally have more protien) has a lot more fat in it which might make you gain weight.

switch to skim, or at least 2%. no one over the age of 5 needs all the fat in whole milk. hope i helped ;)

yes sir it can make you fat ,but if you exercise 3 days in a week for about 1/2 an hour every time it can be helped ,walking is also very beneficial .
