Question: I have a 9 month old son, and a lot of times it's hard to excercise 30 minutes straight with no interruptions. So sometimes I have to do 3 different running sessions to equal 30 minutes. Is that just as good as running all at once?

Yes, it's same as you do in one go! Don't mind on others say negatively to your asking, just maintain the total time for exercise of not less than half n hour! If you are lifting weights like the tumbles, just keep it down, the moment you feel uneasy and simply you feel pain in the rubs or hands!

Interruptions is in fact are definitely needed in any form of body exercises as a matter of convenience to us!

Probably not, but at least you are getting some fitness. Keep it up!

Yes actually they have found that breaking your exercise up into smaller sections may have more benefit, as you can push yourself more during the shorter period of time.
