You're already underweight for you height. The reason you needed bigger jeans isn't because you're fat, it's because that's the size you should be. You will continue growing until you're about 16 or 17, so the fact that you need bigger jeans is just because you've grown some. You will never be a healthy 00 or 1, so if 3 is your size, then just accept it and move on.

My daughter is 5'2" and about 107. She is skinny skinny skinny. Wears a size XS shirt and size 3 jeans. The other day she bought size 1 because so many companies are messing with the sizes because they know how girls want to be a 0 or 2.

It's not about the size of your jeans, it's about how healthy you are in them.

You honestly should lose anymore weight. But if you raelly dont care. then. Try cutting your original calories you eat in a day, in half! so if you normally eat 2000 calories a day, eat 1000 calories a day. AND exercise plenty, and you will lose those pounds in 1-2 weeks.

This might not help you, but you don't need to lose weight at all , your at a good weight.

just do some cardio regularly.
eat healthy vegtables and drink alot of water.
take your vitamins (ask a doctor first)
try renting videos at the library if they offer it and try Tae-Bo, or my favorite Pilates! Maybe a dance video style is for you.
Make it fun and not just running for an hour or whatever.
Maybe you also want to try lifting weights.

swimming is also a GREAT sport it can be high intensity if you work it well. (i'm on the team)

but i highly HIGHLY recomend Pilates or Yogalates which is yoga positions and then also the muscle defining and limbering of pliates. it's fun!

your focus should not be on your weight, which is already underweight for your height, but on overall health. your body needs to be a certain minimum healthy weight for you to grow, develop and continue puberty.

you are young, your metabolism will stay that way till you hit your 20's. stick to a healthy diet with fruits, vegetables, water, meat and only a few or no sweets, few starches. that way when your metabolism eventually slows, you wont have to fight to be healthy.
exercise 30min most days a week will keep you doing well and start goood habits for life. things like walking, jogging, riding bike, swimming, tennis.

Just so you know pants sizes change with each brand. Some brands like to have a 0 be a size 3 or 5 so that the person trying the size 0 on will buy them because they fit into that smaller size. So a size 0 in 1970 is like a size 5 today so as to cater to the growing american public. I wouldn't fret about what size you fit into, or whether or not you are a 00. Please worry about your health, and well being. If you are worried about being healthy, then by all means excercise, but don't lose weight because you want to be skinny. Lowering your calorie intake and doing aerobic excersizes are a great way to lose weight.
