Does anyone use a trampoline for exercise and is it working?!


Question: I went on a diet about a month ago and I am having success with weightloss but I think I've hit the point where its not going to come off just by eating right... time for the hard work! I was wondering if anyone has used the mini trampolines as a part of their workout - what you do, and if its working for you.

They give you such a workout, and it's really fun! I'm going to get one soon, and start doing that. When you get off even after 10 minutes, you're huffing and puffing, and you feel like you just ran 10 miles, but you don't feel like that while you're on the thing. It burns fat like nobody's business. It's the ULTIMATE workout! I just need to save for one.

that is a great way for exercise because you use energy while jumping which burns the fat

I USE MINES EVERY DAY AND IT REALLY WORKS. i STAY ON IT FOR 30 MINUTES ON A BAD DAY I DO 20 MINUTES.

I bought a full sized trampoline for my kids for Christmas and they jumped all day Sunday. My daughter came in and told me her butt hurt- I told her she'd finally been exercising it instead of sitting on it. Yes they do work.
