It's highly unlikely because statistically, parents higher than the mean will most likely produce shorter children and vice versa. From a biological sense, there is no advantage to being seven feet in the modern world except maybe playing basketball or something like that. It's possible only if there is some factor that causes seven-foot people to be favorable.
