How often do you workout and how long do you workouts last?!


Question: I haven't been to the gym in about a month due to work, stress, and parties. But I'm going to go today. =) ...I think.

Go Everyday.
30 minutes on the eliptical
1 hour lifting wieghts

some days I'll take a class instead - it lasts any where from 1 hour (cycling or dance) to 75 minutes (yoga)

If I go to the gym I go at 5 in the morning or midnight whichever is more convenient
On days I don't go to the gym I walk 15 minute miles

Gym or walking... no more than 45 minutes...

I wake up at 4-5am every morning and do my exercises (5-6 times a week) for about 1-2 hours. Depends on if it's just walking on the treadmill or jogging, running, free weights, yoga, etc...I keep it interesting by mixing it up. My goal is to be a size 4. Good luck. Happy New Year.

I don't workout. I have several dogs which means I take brisk walks out several times a day. I go down into the nearby woods and see nature growing and changing, often taking my camera. Today it is snowing; the trees are transformed, everything looks different. I don't just get exercise, I get calming vibes too.
