Daily workout at home?!

Question: I need help constructing an excercise routine that I can do at home. Keeping in mind that I don't have any equiptment, and the wheather isn't great for running every day/

I'm 16 and I want to tone up my stomach, butt and thighs. I'm not overweight but want to begin to get fit and healthy.

I'm also trying to watch what I eat. So all I need is a perfect workout to do in the mornings and afternoons. Or perhaps only once a day?

Help would be great :]

hay!!! Hi there ,that's good thinking. Listing to whateverI got to say..... Drink water first thing in the morning or while u exercise. U can start ur day in bed if u want with stomach press by lifting ur head with ur two arms halfway many times as u can. Remember to always breath in to relax & out as u lift ur head, this style can be done by someone helping & not helping,so go for it girl. With butts & thighs, lie by ur side suporting ur head with ur arm or without ur arm, then lift ur top leg up & down easily as u can as many times as u can. Repeat the samething on ur other side, this exercise I'll call as free style. U can do without help..........all the same if u're feeling for any help, I wouldn't mind to give u a hand......

I was looking for a good routine too!
I just found an article in the most recent published Seventeen magazine and there's a 2 week thing that tones up your body. You should check it out. It basically tells you to do cardio workouts for 40 minutes every other day and some exercises to tone up your thighs, abs, arms, and other parts of your body. :]

Simple - do this every other day.

Situps, Push-ups and Jumpin Jacks GO until it hurts so bad you could throw up: then set a limit of how much you can do. Every week add about 5-10 to each and you will see muscle in about 2-3months (if your not having fun doing it then it will fail)!

do situps with your calves on a couch and back on the floor...on hands and knees, back leveled, straighten one leg and the oppostie arm [that one rep]...if your just standing around tightening your stomach muscles and holding it for 10-15 sec equals one situp...run up and down stairs instead of walking....also the classic jumping jacks and pushups

i dont think it matters what time you excercise...make sure your do it at least 30 min a day

DRINK LOTS OF WATER

do the advice of cactus...
i do have same idea w/ him

Press-ups, dips using a chair, sit-ups, crunches and any ather body weight exercises.
