Is that unhealthy? I don't especially think so. If that ice cream is half a tub than yeah it is, but I think the biggest thing is you should really try to get 3 meals a day. The biggest things to avoid are those Cheeto's and the ice cream. Don't worry about the orange juice. Fruit sugars don't spike your blood sugar like processed sugars and Fruit has vitamins and other things in them that are good for you. Will you gain weight from eating like that? That really depends on the size of what you're eating, and how active you are.

Sandwhiches aren't the best, rather lean meat. Orange juice isn't very good for you. You can get Vitamin C from vitamin pills or fruit, the juice is chalked full of sugar which will make you gain weight if you eat more than your body can burn. Cheetoh chips is crap, avoid white bread, baked potatoes aren't all that great. Broccoli is fantastic. Ice cream isn't necessary.

It's not the healthiest but it's not entirely unhealthy either. It wouldn't hurt to make slight tweaks to your diet such as water instead of orange juice or Propel. And some sort of fruit instead of chips. Little things like that add up.

Well , its in some way, see you eat too much of heavy foods.
After you eat that sandwich for dinner or lunch with chips and something else. Your stomach will be over full and you can feel not good. Also, eating like that can hold you from eating different foods. When you get used to eating thins things for lunch or dinner then its going to be very hard to cut it off. So, just remember that eating is not just to get full, but to get full in a right way.

Cheetos are endorsed by Britney Spears....

stay far away from those orange missles of cellulite.

Oh! but yeah. You better nip that in the bud.

never eat right before you go to bed, especially not ice cream! you should eat atleast four hours before you sleep. breakfast is an important meal and it seems as though you skipped it. eating breakfast boosts your metabolism and gives you energy and focus throughout the day. cheetohs are unhealthy and fattening. but a small snack never hurts. everything else seems to be okay. stick to lean meats and whole wheat bread
