i have the perfect semi-formal dress and i need to loose 10 pounds to fit it... i have about a week...

Okay so keep that picture in your mind of the dress and how gorgeous you are going to look. Lace on your running shoes and move it...run to school, run to shopping, run, run, run, exercise your butt off, and eat three meals a day plus snacks, keeping it healthy and with fresh vibrant organic foods and lots of veggies, a little protein. Low fat everything. You can do it...oh, and get one of those body stocking thingies...l forget what they are called but you know they are like control top panty hose but can be pulled up to your bra...SPANKIES!?!!!!instant weight loose, hard to get on, but easy to wear!

It will honestly be unhealthy to lose weight in such a small period of time. BUT I do understand you are in a crunch for an event. You can try Hollywood's 48 hour miracle diet. Its basically a drink you can purchase for about $15.00 at Walmart, Target or any drug store. Its a fasting type of diet, and works basically by putting your body in starvation mode. I do not recommend doing this, you may be able to get the dress altered to fit your current body. Also body wraps, which are more expensive (around $100) work as a detox and cause water weight to drop. Good luck!

also, eat in moderation and [[if you're going to drink soda or sugary drinks]] drink diet beverages.
Make sure you eat breakfast [[but healthy, no bacon. try toast instead]], because skipping a meal slows down your metabolism, which will make you gain weight.

Eat fruit for breakfast, a light lunch, and a snack. Don't eat after 4:00pm. Drink only water. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio, running, jogging, walking, biking, treadmill, etc. If you do that for seven days, you will lose the ten pounds.

You can't lose that much weight in a week. All you can do is drink water and eat small portions throughout the day. That way, you metabolize food faster.

The best thing to do is wear minimizing underwear. That stuff will make you lose up to two dress sizes! It has done wonders for a lot of people.

Eat Whatever You Want Just No more Than 1000 Calories And Work Out Everyday. I Guarantee You'll Lose About Ten Pounds If You Can Stick To It. When I Can Manage To Do It, The Weight Comes Right Off. Good Luck! :]
